RDC 7.1 is a free upgrade to all of our customers who are currently covered by a support plan. Customers not currently covered by a support plan will have several options.

1. Free “self help” will be available thru the LogicRad website
2. New customers who have purchased an RDC in the last 30 days can purchase an extended 3 year hardware and software support plan for $375, this includes free upgrades!
3. New and existing customers can purchase a 12-month software support plan for $175. This plan will not only make you eligible to receive the free upgrade but it will also cover you for unlimited technical support over the next 12 months.
4. Hourly support will be available at a rate of $80/hr. The 7.1 upgrade will require a minimum purchase of 1 hour of support.
